“In most group practices right now, patients are assigned randomly to who has space. Because each of our therapists have a different set of expertise and skills, as well as different personalities and styles, we make sure to tailor the experience before assigning a patient. Every time we speak with a new client scheduling an appointment, we spend time thinking about who’s going to be the right fit to personalize the experience.”
